Singapore, Part-Time/ Full-Time Contract

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented individual to support our events, trade shows, and activations. This position begins with event-based engagement and the opportunity to transition into a longer-term contract role as we expand regionally and internationally.

You will be the face of Maison Mugen during customer-facing moments and play a key part in delivering immersive experiences that reflect our values of craftsmanship, storytelling, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Maison Mugen at public-facing events and activations
• Provide high-touch customer service and guide clients through collections
• Assist in setting up, running, and dismantling event spaces
• Coordinate logistics with event partners, venue teams, and vendors
• Support in-store activations, retail pop-ups, and lead capture
• Assist with follow-ups on leads and event-related sales activity
• Gather customer feedback and contribute insights for improvement
