TO NOTE BEFORE SUBMISSION
- All pieces are casted in sterling silver by default unless otherwise requested.
- Additional charges apply for gold or custom materials due to the metal price changes over time. Refer to price guide below.

A confirmation email and payment link will be sent to you after registration submission.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMISSION
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as instructions to arrange for a free courier pick to deliver your wax mold to our studio for casting.
- We will reference your unique serial number to keep track of your order, the number can be found on the back of your instruction guide in the kit.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be completed.
- Once we receive your form, we’ll send a payment link for any metal upgrades.
- Pieces will only be casted after we receive your order submission and all outstanding payments must be made in full.
- We do no accept any refunds or cancellation requests once an order is submitted.
