About the Role
Maison Mugen seeks a strategic and visionary Growth Strategy Manager to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a leader who can identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue viable business development channels and partnerships (e.g., banks, lifestyle clubs, organizations).
• Develop and execute strategies to establish a high-value private client base.
• Prepare tailored presentations, drive partnership plans, organize pitch sessions, and follow up proactively.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborations to drive new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align growth initiatives with brand strategy and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or a related field, ideally within the luxury, retail, or hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of driving significant business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
